This seminar is worth 10.5 WV MCLE credits.

 

Tuition for each seminar includes refreshment breaks, conference materials and parking for cars only.  NO CAMPER PARKING IS PERMITTED.  Preregistered attorneys who cannot attend will receive the CDs and written materials from the program.  No registration refunds will be made for any seminars if football tickets are ordered, but substitutions are always welcome.  Registration refunds for those who have not ordered football tickets will be available if the cancellation is received three days prior to the conference.  Refunds are subject to a $35 processing fee.
 
Football tickets are non-refundable and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a 2 ticket limit per registrant. A $6.00 handling fee is included in the price of each ticket.  FOOTBALL TICKET FEES CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

As a result of the limited lodging available in Morgantown, individuals are encouraged to make hotel reservations early. WVCLE has reserved blocks of rooms at several hotels in Morgantown and the surrounding area. When making reservations, be sure to mention that you would like a room from the West Virginia Continuing Legal Education (WVCLE) block. You may only use these rooms if you are registered for the West Virginia Continuing Legal Education seminar that weekend. If you are not registered for a seminar, your hotel registration will be dropped.
 
In Morgantown, the Marriott Springhill Suites (225-5200) requires a one night stay and will release any unreserved rooms one week prior to the arrival date.  Waterfront Place Hotel (296-1700) requires a two night stay and will release any unreserved rooms 28 days prior to the arrival date.  The Waterfront has availability for seminar attendees for all games except the Marshall and Auburn games.  Guests are pre-charged, in full, at the time of the reservation. Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa (594-1111) requires a two night stay (except for Auburn) and will release any unreserved rooms one month prior to the arrival date.  The Ramada Inn (296-3431) has availability for seminar attendees for all games except the Syracuse game.  They require a one night stay and will release any unreserved rooms one month prior to the arrival date.  The Hampton Inn (599-1200) requires a two night stay (except for Auburn) and will release any unreserved rooms two weeks prior to the arrival date.  Euro-Suites (598-1000) requires a two night stay and will release any unreserved rooms sixty days prior to the arrival date.  Guests are pre-charged, in full, at the time of the reservation.  The Clarion Hotel Morgan (292-8200) requires a two night stay (except for Auburn) and will release any unreserved rooms thirty days prior to the arrival date.  The Clarion has availability for seminar attendees for all games except the Syracuse game.  The Holiday Inn Express (1-800-HOLIDAY) requires a one night stay and will release any unreserved rooms one week prior to the arrival date.  The Quality Inn and Suites (formerly the Holiday Inn) (599-1680) requires a two night stay (except for Auburn) and will release any unreserved rooms two weeks prior to the arrival date.  The Super-8 Motel (296-4000) requires a one night stay and will release any unreserved rooms thirty days prior to the arrival date.  The Super-8 has availability for seminar attendees for all games except the Auburn game.  Microtel Inn & Suites (292-0055) requires a two night stay (except for Auburn) and will release any unreserved rooms one week prior to the arrival date.
