A limited number of rooms have been reserved for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 18-20, 2010, at the special rates of $99 per single or double, $109 per triple, $119 per quad.  Reservations can be made by calling (304) 866-4121 or (800) 622-4121 and requesting a room from the West Virginia Continuing Legal Education block.  Checks for payment should be made to “Canaan Valley Resorts, Inc.” and mailed to Route 1, Box 330, Davis, WV  26260.  Make your reservations early. ALL UNRESERVED ROOMS WILL BE RELEASED ON January 19, 2010.

 

REFUNDS

No tuition refunds will be made unless the cancellation is received five business days prior to the conference. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. Preregistered attorneys who cannot attend will receive the CDs of the program. Substitutions are always welcome.
