THE NEW REVISIONS TO THE WEST VIRGINIA RULES OF EVIDENCE
By order issued June 2, 2014, the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia approved comprehensive revision to the West Virginia Rules of Evidence. The revisions are effective September 2, 2014. There is extensive restyling of the Rules. Professor McDiarmid will alert you to any substantive changes and also provide explanation and guidance regarding the revisions.
