Refunds/Cancellations If you are unable to attend a program, please let us know five business days before the seminar by faxing us at (304) 293-2031 or emailing wvcle@mail.wvu.edu. No registration refunds will be made for the Mountaineer Series seminars if football tickets are ordered. Registration refunds will be made for all other seminars if the cancellation is received five business days prior to the conference. Refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Preregistered attorneys who cannot attend will receive the course CDs and written materials on CD in PDF format. Substitutions are always welcome.
