Ms. Nelson is a practicing attorney who focuses on electronic evidence law. She, along with Mr. Simek, are co-authors of The Electronic Evidence and Discovery Handbook, published by the American Bar Association. Ms. Nelson has provided litigation support to attorneys in hundreds of e-evidence cases.
